Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Foreman to lead our on-site maintenance team at Sedona Peaks, ensuring timely work orders and a high standard of resident comfort. You will supervise technicians, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform inspections, coordinate with vendors, and maintain records.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends, plus own hand tools and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in apartment maintenance with a focus on HVAC systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• HVAC certification and relevant training preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders and repairs.
• Utilize HVAC skills to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our apartment community.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger projects and make-readies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
• All other duties as assigned.
