Job summary

Coffee Memorial Blood Center Inc in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dependable Maintenance & Fleet Technician to keep our facilities, grounds, and fleet vehicles safe and ready to serve our communities. This role requires a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement and offers bonuses and relocation options.

You will manage work orders, inspect electrical/plumbing systems, maintain fleet records, and coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure road-ready vehicles. Hours are Mon–Fri, 10:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement required.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update work orders for facility maintenance requests.
• Inspect facilities, grounds, and parking areas and report deficiencies.
• Inspect and replace damaged ceiling tiles as needed.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair light fixtures.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including sinks, toilets, and drains.
• Conduct basic roof inspections as needed.
• Perform and coordinate maintenance for the organization's fleet.
• Track daily vehicle repairs, including pending and completed work.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.
• Ensure vehicles remain in safe, reliable operating condition.
• Complete required vehicle inspections, including external and trailer lights.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance and other repairs.
• Evaluate whether repairs should be completed internally or by an outside provider based on cost and effectiveness.
• Recommend vehicle replacements or repairs when appropriate.
• Identify and recommend qualified vendors and service providers.
• Review and route vehicle maintenance and parts invoices for payment.

What You'll Do

Keep our Facilities Safe & Operational

Minimum Requirement
