Job summary

Evergreen Residential in Milwaukee seeks a Maintenance Field Technician to support post-renovation repairs, smart home troubleshooting, and occupied maintenance across our growing SFR portfolio. You will perform move-in/out inspections, HOA checks, and recurring occupancy reviews, coordinating with the Head of Construction to meet KPI targets.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in residential maintenance, proficiency with Microsoft Office and resident management systems, and strong

Qualifications

Min 2 years of work experience in a related position with residential maintenance experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; as well as with prospect and resident management systems is required.
HVAC certifications preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install marketing yard signs and remove signs at occupancy.
Complete minor post renovation repairs and troubleshoot smart home technology issues.
Perform pre-move in inspections 72 hours before move-in.
Conduct HOA Violation checks.
In person evictions/lockouts.
Perform recurring occupancy checks.
Coordinate and perform move out walks with residents.
Schedule and complete occupied maintenance work orders.
Review progress against KPI’s weekly with the Head of Construction.
Communicate with residents in a timely and professional manner for any outstanding violations.
