Maintenance & Facilities Technician

Position Summary:

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform and oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance at our facility. The role includes preventive maintenance, process improvement, and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on machinery and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues
• Coordinate with and supervise external vendors
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships
• Support facility and property maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (PLC, motor controls, hydraulics)
• Plumbing and metal fabrication experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet tools
• Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to reprioritize while managing multiple projects
