Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems; OSHA and LEAN familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Oversee all maintenance and facility activities, including preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime through troubleshooting, repair planning, and reliability initiatives.
Manage maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements from planning through completion.
Maintain compliance with OSHA and other safety/regulatory requirements.
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to control costs.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
