From HVAC to electrical and fire systems, you'll apply technical depth and operational rigor to protect people, assets, and uptime. You'll own budgets and vendor relationships, champion compliance, and turn data from our CMMS into decisions that boost performance. Collaborating across Production, IT, HR, and more, you'll align facility priorities to business goals and spotlight opportunities for energy conservation and sustainability. Lead and coach a high-performing maintenance team.
Build preventive programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
Plan and deliver repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
Manage budgets and negotiate smart vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes.
Run a CMMS to prioritize work and track performance.
Inspect facilities and drive timely corrective actions.
Strengthen emergency readiness for outages and incidents.
Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
7-10 years in facilities; 3-5 years leading teams in corporate or manufacturing settings.
Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire systems.
Proven success with preventive maintenance and CMMS.
Skilled in budgeting, contracting, and capital project oversight.
Certifications such as CFM/FMP are a plus; proficiency with Microsoft 365
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
