Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Facilities & Maintenance leader to keep buildings, utilities, and grounds safe and efficient, enabling teams to innovate with confidence.

You’ll drive preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and use CMMS data to improve performance and uptime.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years in facilities; 3-5 years leading teams in corporate or manufacturing settings.
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire systems.
  • Proven success with preventive maintenance and CMMS.
  • Skilled in budgeting, contracting, and capital project oversight.
  • Certifications such as CFM/FMP are a plus; proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

From HVAC to electrical and fire systems, you'll apply technical depth and operational rigor to protect people, assets, and uptime. You'll own budgets and vendor relationships, champion compliance, and turn data from our CMMS into decisions that boost performance. Collaborating across Production, IT, HR, and more, you'll align facility priorities to business goals and spotlight opportunities for energy conservation and sustainability. How You’ll make an Impact
