Briggs & Stratton in the United States seeks a Facilities Maintenance helper to perform a variety of duties in maintaining the plant and grounds. You will operate and monitor equipment, assist with loading/unloading recyclable materials, and help with landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep.
The role requires a High School diploma and prior experience with industrial power equipment; strong mechanical aptitude and fluency in English are expected.

Moderate physical demand; often lifting/moving average weight (25 to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs), and occasionally lifting heavy weight materials (up to 70 lbs) Somewhat disagreeable or hazardous conditions. Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
