Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living’s The Branches of Framingham is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Plant Operations team. You will perform repairs, implement preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the Maintenance Director to keep buildings and equipment in good condition for residents and staff.

This position follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule. You will handle light electrical, painting, carpentry, safety procedures, and use the work-order system to track tasks.

Qualifications

• Familiar with emergency procedures if chemicals are misused.
• Demonstrates the interest and ability to learn new skills and techniques as needed.
• Demonstrates proper usage of chemicals and equipment.
