Job summary

Milsup LLC seeks a qualified candidate to coordinate maintenance support for deployed and allied units, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with Air Force directives.   • Oversee Red Flag munitions operations, supporting aircraft during exercises across DoD services.
  • Liaise with deployed units and Red Flag ops on munitions requirements and briefings.
  • Plan aircraft parking, LO/LOLA operations, safety briefings and unit staff briefings while coordinating with external agencies.

Job description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Diploma, GED or equivalent

Training and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating maintenance activities, supporting complex operations, and ensuring compliance with established safety and quality standards. They should be skilled in organizing logistics, managing facility and equipment needs, and collaborating with multiple teams to meet mission requirements. Nellis AFB MX experience desired.

General Skills:

Must possess highly developed organizational, planning and management writing skills, oral communication skills, project management skills, ability to schedule workflow, prioritize, delegate, meet deadlines, and be multi-task oriented.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages coordination of specialized maintenance support for deployed and allied units, collaborating with host wing staff, MAJCOM agencies, and coalition partners to meet munitions and logistical requirements. Advises deployed maintenance commanders and core unit staff on maintenance procedures, quality assurance, safety, and compliance with weapons-specific local base regulations and Air Force policies.
  • Oversees all Red Flag munitions operations, working through Nellis AFB Munitions Control to support aircraft during exercise from all DoD services, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, and allied forces
  • Serves as a liaison, coordinating with all deployed units and Red Flag operations on munitions requirements preparing Red Flag Contracts Part F weapons requirements, and delivering comprehensive unit responsibility briefings during Initial/Final Planning Conferences.
  • Overseas planning and review of aircraft parking for the Live Ordnance Loading Area (LOLA), prioritizing safety and mission continuity. Develops and presents briefings to all participating unit weapons specialists on57th Wing munitions handling, current safety requirements, and best practices in accordance with the latest Air Force directives.
  • Overseeing aircraft parking plans, facility assignments, airfield driver training, initial and final planning conference briefings, unit arrival and core staff briefings, coordination with outside agencies, and contract reviews
  • Weapons & Ground Safety, Airfield Driving Program Manager, Facility Manager, aboveground fuel tank custodian, Primary 414 CTS vehicle program manager, Alternate Land Mobile Radio account custodian.
