Job summary

Atkore International is seeking a Sr. Manager, Maintenance Excellence to lead the Enterprise Maintenance Excellence Roadmap across multiple U.S. facilities, including Dallas.

Based in a regional Atkore facility, you will drive world-class maintenance and asset reliability with a data-driven restoration process and cross-site collaboration. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 8+ years in engineering/maintenance in steel manufacturing, with TPM, CMMS, and Lean Six Sigma BB

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in engineering/maintenance in steel industry.
• Experience with TPM and maintenance reliability programs.
• CMMS experience and lean continuous improvement expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development & execution of the Enterprise Maintenance Excellence Roadmap to achieve world-class maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Cascade development and oversee execution by site using the maintenance excellence roadmap strategy and vision.
• Develop and conduct an audit system to ensure practices and processes are robust, and progress towards goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance for all Maintenance Excellence activities focused on improving the organization’s performance.
• Create and execute plan to build out the Enterprise Maintenance Excellence Team to support site maintenance and asset performance.
