Job summary

AdvanSix is seeking a Maintenance Execution Leader to manage a skilled maintenance team and drive reliability across state-of-the-art equipment. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 10+ years in maintenance, and proficiency with FMEA/RCFA, SAP-PM, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Location-based responsibilities and competitive total rewards are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field
• 10+ years of plant maintenance experience
• Experience with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
• Knowledge of SAP-PM, Microsoft Office, and Production Loss Accounting Tools
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance First Line Supervisors and Maintenance Planners
• Lead Maintenance Excellence deployment across the department
• Develop strategy to ensure effective compliance and skills training
• Drive a world class safety culture and daily safety practices
• Plan, supervise, and allocate resources for maintenance projects and capital work
• Coordinate maintenance activities with planning and other execution leaders
• Interface with leadership to meet maintenance objectives and training needs
• Ensure adherence to plant policies, regulations, and procedures
