AbbVie in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and improve process and facility equipment, and provide 24/7 maintenance support to the site.
Responsibilities include diagnosing PLC‑controlled equipment, calibrating sensors and instrumentation, and documenting work in CMMS (Maximo). You will support GMP/PSM compliance and investigations, with strong problem solving and teamwork.

The primary job functions of this position are to act as the equipment maintenance technician for the completion of scheduled and demand preventive/predictive equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of process and facility equipment, and to deliver 24 hour / 7 days a week maintenance support to the facility. The Mechanical Equipment Technician will also provide technical support in the design, installation, and qualification of new or modified process or facility equipment.
