Job summary

Sterling Engineering is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead a technical team and drive reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement across a modern manufacturing operation. You’ll oversee maintenance and engineering activities, lead capital projects from concept through implementation, and support commissioning of new equipment while partnering with production to boost throughput and efficiency.

This role requires a B.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering or maintenance leadership.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects.

Responsibilities

A leading manufacturing organization in the northwest suburbs is looking for a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead a technical team and drive equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement across a sophisticated manufacturing operation.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineering or maintenance leader who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. You’ll oversee maintenance and engineering activities, lead capital improvement projects, support the commissioning of new equipment, and work closely with production to improve reliability, capacity, and efficiency.
