Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience; pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance engineering, reliability, utility systems, and technical support functions to achieve safety, quality, delivery, compliance, and cost objectives.
• Establish staffing, resource strategies, and capital planning to support current and future needs.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems and processes to improve reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight of critical utility systems and Automated Inspection and Packaging systems.
