Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation seeks a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to own facility infrastructure and capital projects for the Medical business segment. You will lead the maintenance craft team and drive high reliability in a 24/7 production environment.

The role combines deep electrical design and controls expertise with strong people leadership to upgrade aging assets and implement advanced manufacturing technologies. Relocation is not required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
Minimum 5+ years hands-on electrical design and project engineering in manufacturing.
Strong ownership mindset and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning within budget.
Direct, mentor, and develop the site maintenance team with TPM focus.
Design, troubleshoot, and integrate industrial control systems and networking for PLCs/HMI.
Design and optimize extrusion and manufacturing equipment upgrades.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
Apply engineering principles to solve complex, unprecedented challenges.
