Remington Hospitality in Romulus, MI seeks a skilled maintenance technician to operate and service central HVAC and mechanical equipment using established procedures.

You will repair kitchen, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, electrical and gas distribution systems, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance, while troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic problems quickly and cost-effectively.

Qualificações

• Experience maintaining central HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems.
• Proven track record in preventive maintenance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical systems following procedures.
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, electrical and gas systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic issues and fix them efficiently.
• Perform ongoing preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Efficiently and safely operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures.
• Accurately and efficiently repair and maintain food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems, boilers and plumbing systems and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Trouble-shoot electrical and pneumatic problems and repair them as quickly and economically as possible.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an on-going basis.
