Job summary

At Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, MO, a Maintenance Engineer is needed to support the resort's operations. You will work on a variety of projects, performing routine painting, plumbing, electrical work, and equipment maintenance to ensure service quality for guests.

You will replace air conditioner filters, maintain furnace, boiler, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and controls, while upholding safety standards and a professional work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have Missouri Class E driver's license.
• Ability to communicate with guests, associates, and vendors in English.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining hotel facilities, performing minor painting, plumbing, electrical work, and other maintenance tasks.
• Replace air conditioner filters.
• Maintain furnace, air conditioner, boiler, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, mechanical, pneumatic/electronic systems & controls, carpentry & finishing skills.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service.
• Scrupulously adhere to all safety standards.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through excellent workmanship and timely service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous manner.
