Zusammenfassung

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Maintenance Engineer at our Sanford, Maine facility. You will lead proactive maintenance programs across production and utilities, applying CMMS/SAP to improve reliability and uptime, while driving safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years in maintenance or plant engineering within manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience managing preventive maintenance programs using SAP or equivalent Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/CMMS systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead site-wide proactive maintenance programs using CMMS to optimize equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and enforce EHS and product quality compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies to increase packaging line efficiency and operational yield.
• Manage Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes to refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Implement and manage predictive maintenance technologies, including vibration and oil analysis, to identify and resolve chronic equipment issues.
• Partner with cross-functional operations and planning teams to manage spare parts, optimize asset life cycles, and support 5S standards.
