• Perform preventative, corrective, and project-based maintenance to preserve safety, functionality, and appearance.
• Complete interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, wallpaper installation, and carpentry tasks.
• Assist with guest requests and routine engineering assignments to ensure quality guest experiences.
• Maintain carpentry and paint shops; organize tools, equipment, materials, and inventory with safety in mind.
