Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office preferred.
• Willing to learn about steel industry and processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn equipment, processes and procedures from start to finish.
• Attend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to integrate new technologies and update systems.
• Lead improvement projects from design through start-up.
• Maintain and improve process systems including PLCs, networks, and HMIs.
