Job summary

The AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support our continuous manufacturing operations in Wisconsin. This role will integrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to keep equipment running efficiently and maintain high product quality.

Responsibilities include planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance, diagnosing issues, supporting upgrades, and collaborating with engineers to improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance with minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning.
• Partner with engineers to improve machinery performance and plant efficiency.
• Train team members and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and external vendors.
