Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain and improve production equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support new equipment installations alongside Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams to maximize uptime and quality.

This role offers 12-hour night shifts with flexibility, a competitive compensation of $20–$40 per hour, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical repair capability on production equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine documentation.
• Basic understanding of PLCs, motor control circuits, and industrial controls.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
