The Cottonwood Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. You will maintain, repair, and install the hotel’s mechanical and electrical systems and manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of hotel maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional environment.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certificate in pool operation preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.
