You will maintain, repair, and install complex mechanical and electrical systems, while managing preventive maintenance programs and contributing to guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in a hotel or similar maintenance setting, with HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certification in pool operation preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.
