Description: Maintenance Engineer III, 1 FTE

Job Summary: The Maintenance Engineer III is a senior-level, hands‑on role responsible for advanced repair, maintenance, and safe operation of building systems including structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration across district facilities. The position leads complex troubleshooting, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, supports energy management systems, and ensures compliance with applicable codes, licenses, and safety standards while delivering responsive, high‑quality customer service to schools and departments.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensed journeyman electrician and licensed journeyman plumber preferred.
