Job summary
Planet Pharma in California seeks a Maintenance Engineer I to drive site equipment reliability, optimize CMMS (SAP) workflows, and improve PM/calibration procedures to maximize asset performance. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
- Proven CMMS SAP experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Kanban, PM kits, and inventory control.
- Experience drafting and updating controlled documents in MasterControl.
Responsibilities
- Lead CMMS (SAP) projects to optimize structure, master data, and reporting.
- Optimize spare parts inventory, BOM accuracy, and work orders.
- Log and close work orders, PM tasks, and calibration records in SAP.
- Analyze failure modes and calibration history to improve reliability.
- Evaluate and refine PM and calibration procedures for efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance shop, inventory, Kanban control, and PM kit assembly.
- Collaborate across Production, Quality, MSAT, Facilities, and Automation.
- Perform IQ/OQ protocols and ensure GDP-compliant documentation.
