Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels' MOXY Phoenix/Tempe Near ASU is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I - R&M to maintain the property up to brand standards and owner expectations in Tempe, AZ.

This full-time role requires handling room and public space maintenance, PM programs, and coordination with the Executive Housekeeper. Afternoon/evening shifts across various days enhance flexibility, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K and daily pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in commercial property or hotel maintenance.
• Hotel/multi-family unit housing maintenance experience preferred.
• Afternoons/evenings and weekend shifts flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Painting of guestrooms, public space and work areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/task and preventative maintenance requirements
• Will inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly regular PM program in accordance with the organizations standards
• Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper any housekeeping issues
• Perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable
• Addresses all maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance

Education

2 years commercial property

Our MOXY Phoenix/Tempe Near ASU is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Maintenance Engineer I - R&Mto maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us"craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns"! Note: This shift is afternoons and into the evenings with a variety of days throughout the week/weekend.
