Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I - R&M to help maintain the property up to brand standards. You will perform maintenance tasks across guestrooms and public areas, using a structured PM program and the Quore App, while collaborating with the Executive Housekeeper to resolve issues.

The role requires 2 years of commercial property maintenance experience; hotel/multi-family maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paint guestrooms, public spaces and work areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and guest needs
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/tasks and preventive maintenance
• Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete PM program
• Communicate with Executive Housekeeper on housekeeping issues
• Perform other duties as assigned, of which you are capable
• Address maintenance issues promptly and professionally
• Wear proper uniform at all times according to appearance standards

Our Residence Inn Manhattan Beach is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working MaintenanceTechto maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. Position Responsibilties:

• Painting of guestrooms, public space and work areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders/task and preventative maintenance requirements
• Will inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly regular PM program in accordance with the organizations standards
• Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper any housekeeping issues
• Perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable
• Addresses all maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance

Education and Experience:

• 2 years commercial property
• Hotel/Multi-family unit housing maintenance experience highly preferred
