Job summary

Lexima Lodging is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair our facility in Charlotte, NC. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep with emphasis on safety, reliability, and timely problem solving.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make repairs as needed.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure facility is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned
