OHM is hiring an Engineer - Maintenance Technician in Springfield, MO. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.

You will monitor systems, report major issues, and support safety and efficiency initiatives. The role requires at least two years of general maintenance plus three years in related trades, with a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance experience; three years in plumbing, electrical, painting, or related trades, or equivalent combination.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to hotel facilities and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Monitor heating, cooling, boiler, hot water, and ventilation systems; replace air filters and adjust controls as needed.
• Report major repairs to Chief Engineer or management; respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance needs.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper operation of equipment.
