Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and air conditioning systems.
• Make repairs to plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and windows, carpeting, etc.
