Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Performs electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Repairs woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows and carpeting.
• Maintains maintenance records and logs.
• Prepares and submits reports as requested by supervisors.
