Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS, MRP, and ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with automated industrial equipment.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, GD&T and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and execute improvement projects to maximize equipment availability.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build reliability early in projects.
• Provide leadership for CMMS utilization and maintenance planning.
• Implement predictive tools and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Perform hands-on repairs of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Coordinate internal and third-party resources for repairs and upgrades.
• Drive improvements to work instructions and processes from technician feedback.
• Interface with Reliability, Tool, and Automation Engineering to design upgrades.
