Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment failures.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute improvement projects to maximize equipment availability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Provide leadership for CMMS usage and maintenance planning.
• Implement predictive tools to support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Perform hands-on repairs of mechanical, electrical, fluid, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for repairs and upgrades.
• Contribute to updates of work instructions and maintenance processes.
• Interface with reliability, tool engineering and automation teams for machine upgrades.
• Create spare parts lists, stock levels, and part criticality analyses.
