Job summary

The Dillard House is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems at our Mountain Farm Resort in Dillard, GA. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and Life Safety Systems, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, documentation, and responding to guest and housekeeping maintenance requests to keep facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and physical structures including electrical systems and plumbing.
• Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on Life Safety Systems and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program with quarterly inspections and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and physical structures, including electrical systems and plumbing.
• Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on Life Safety Systems and ensure OSHA regulations compliance.
• Maintain and repair hotel aesthetics (painting, furniture maintenance, etc.).
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program with quarterly inspections and proper documentation.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery, listen for unusual sounds to diagnose issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests from housekeeping and guest requests.
• Maintain a daily maintenance log and ensure all work is documented.
