Job summary
Carrier is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the assembly line equipment, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, commissioning, and improvements to production machines.
You will conduct root cause analysis, implement Poka-Yoke solutions, troubleshoot equipment failures, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to boost OEE and reliability while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
- 1–3 years in maintenance or production equipment support.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and RCA techniques.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, pneumatics and electrical control systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Good problem solving and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for assembly line equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, and improvement of production machines.
- Conduct RCA and implement Poka-Yoke solutions.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve reliability.
