Job summary

Lm Services Corporation is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for hotel properties to ensure guest comfort and safety by repairing and maintaining building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, as well as equipment across rooms and public areas.

Duties include carpentry, painting, pool maintenance, and general repairs; you will inspect the plant regularly, perform preventative maintenance, document work, and coordinate with other departments to minimize service disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems in a commercial or hotel setting.
• Ability to perform carpentry, painting and general maintenance tasks.
• Comfort with ladders and overhead work; capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment according to standards (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Perform carpentry, painting and pool maintenance as needed.
• Inspect the physical plant; perform preventative maintenance; maintain records.
