• Experience with rooftop HVAC, VAV systems, emergency generators, transfer switches, and chemical treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, building upkeep, and emergency response.
• Manage work orders and maintenance records using computer and mobile applications.
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot building systems effectively.
