Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel and guest rooms.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel equipment for maintenance needs.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Maintain and repair doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and other hotel equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Monitor and maintain the hotel's pool, whirlpool, and related equipment as required.
• Assist with maintaining the hotel's mechanical and operational systems.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Keep accurate records of completed maintenance work and repairs.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance area.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and other seasonal property needs.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues when necessary.
• Follow all hotel, company, OSHA, and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and coworkers at all times.

About The Position
