Anderson School District 3 is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to serve and support the buildings and facilities within our Operations Department. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring our schools and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained in support of student learning and district operations.
Job Summary:
The role of the Maintenance Engineer is to help ensure district buildings, facilities, and equipment remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position performs skilled maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across a variety of building systems while responding to the day-to-day needs of schools and district facilities. The Maintenance Engineer works closely with the Director of Maintenance and other maintenance staff to provide timely, dependable, and friendly service throughout the district.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 260 days.

SALARY: Based on Experience and the Maintenance Assistant Salary Schedule (Posted Online)
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Director of Maintenance
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
