As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll help keep one of downtown Seattle’s iconic commercial properties operating at its best. From handling day-to-day repairs to assisting tenants with maintenance needs, this entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem solving and delivering great service.

About this Position

The Maintenance Engineer performs building repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic preventive maintenance to the building structure and systems, including light maintenance and plumbing repair.
