Job description

Pay: $25.05/hr
Shift:7:00Am to 4:00Pm / Monday to Friday

Responsibilites:

• Maintains a variety of mechanical equipment in good working order to prevent down time.
• Reads meters and gauges or automatic recording devices
• Maintains equipment by tightening fittings, repacking bearings, replacing belts, gaskets, motors
• Maintains Fire and Life Safety Inspection
• Observe equipment operation for potential issues, taking corrective action.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Repair Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical components
• Ballast Replacement and installation
• Test airflow and adjust dampers and vents to desired results.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights
• Ability to use manual hand and power tools
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Work indoors and outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions
