Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer will assist in the development and improvement of schematics and blueprints. The role requires experience in maintenance, although it does not involve hands-on work. Our machinery is built to fill fluids in vehicles during final assembly lines for major automotive manufacturers. This niche machinery is custom-built from the ground up to fit specific assembly line specifications. The machines include mechanical framing, pumps, valves, and an electrical panel with wiring that ranges from 24v to 480v.

Responsibilities

• Assist with schematic and blueprint development and improvement.

• Collaborate on the custom design of machinery for vehicle fluid filling.

• Ensure the electrical panels are correctly wired, ranging from 24v to 480v.

• Develop schematics for mechanical framing, pumps, and valves.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and schematic development.

• Experience with wiring and panel building.

• Strong electrical understanding of systems ranging from 24v to 480v.

• Understanding of plumbing, including valves and pumps.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and plumbing systems.

• Ability to trace wiring within panels.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
