Job summary

Dizario Search partners with a leading manufacturer in Lordstown, OH seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a newly created preventative maintenance team. This role works directly with the site Maintenance Manager to create a site-wide maintenance program and drive reliability initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years in reliability, maintenance, or preventative engineering within an industrial manufacturing setting, with experience

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of Reliability/Maintenance or Preventative engineering experience.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing or assisting preventative maintenance programs in large scale manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance management on projects including new machinery installations, repairs, training, and CAPEX.
• Develop KPIs, growth plans, and goals for direct reports.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and updates for machinery and maintenance activities.

Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading manufacturer in the Lordstown, OH area seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their newly created preventative maintenance team. This role is responsible for managing a Reliability Engineer, a CMMS Coordinator, and partnering directly with the site Maintenance Manager to create a site wide preventative maintenance program. Our client is seeking a reliability focused engineer with a background in data collection, project management, reliability program coordination, and CMMS management.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering and maintenance management to develop strategic preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Work alongside maintenance teams on assigned projects including: new machinery installations, repairs, training, and CAPEX projects as necessary.
• Develop KPI's, growth plans, and goals for all direct reports.
• Responsible for data collection, analysis, and updates for all machinery and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science in: Mechanical, Electrical, or other related field required.
• 3 (+) years' of Reliability, Maintenance, or Preventative engineering experience.
• Must be comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing space.
• Previous experience developing or assisting the development of preventative maintenance programs within large scale manufacturing is required.
