Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have facility maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to reports of non-functioning equipment immediately.
• Maintains problem logbook and prioritizes repairs.
• Reports hazards or injuries and takes corrective action.
• Maintains rooms and hotel areas in operating condition.
• Understands the Room Preventative Maintenance Program (R.P.M.).
• Performs preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Maintains lobbies and restaurants; repairs furniture, carpet, tile, windows, mirrors, and decorations as needed.
• Keeps operating equipment in good condition through routine checks and repairs.
