Maintenance Engineer – HVAC Service Technician

Take your technical skills to the next level with this hands-on, dynamic role!

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer . In this role, you will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various building systems—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automation, and more—ensuring smooth operation within a commercial property.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems , electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, and interior / exterior building structures.
• Gain expertise in building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and other critical property equipment .
• Conduct facility inspections and report findings to ensure optimal client occupancy.

Essential Qualifications :

• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, air conditioning, mechanical service, installation, and preventive maintenance .
• 4+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC troubleshooting and repair .
• Expertise working on RTUs (Roof Top Units) .
• EPA Universal certification and knowledge of electrical systems and boilers .

Additional Skills & Requirements :

• Universal EPA / CFC license .
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance .
• Strong grasp of system design and applications .

This role is onsite in a large manufacturing plant.

• The environment can be loud and hot during warmer months.
• Expect hands-on work and getting dirty while making repairs.
• Uniforms provided; steel toes and safety glasses required .

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00 / hr.
