Job summary

JAS Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day operations on the Houston manufacturing floor. You will delegate tasks, coach the team, and ensure peak equipment performance while aligning with safety and quality standards.

You will drive the Preventive Maintenance program, participate in budgeting, and partner with other departments to achieve site goals. A strong background in engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production equipment and industrial systems.
• Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Pulp or Paper background.
• Ability to read and sketch mechanical drawings.
• Solid computer skills (knowledge a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and accountable.
