Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years industrial experience with DCSs, PLCs, and automation systems.
• Ability to test, calibrate, and repair mechanical and electrical devices.

Maintenance Electromechanical Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Read blueprints and determine equipment functionality.
• Install and repair mechanical and electrical parts.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and robotic systems.
• Test equipment using oscilloscopes, voltmeters, etc.
• Document test results accurately.
• Maintain electrical components, monitoring, and control systems.
• Adjust process control devices manually or via instruments.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of machinery.
• Install new instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to test, calibrate, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic devices.
• Proficiency with single and three-phase motors and control systems.
• Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, and troubleshooting electrical gear.
• Knowledge of wiring, schematics, and manuals.
• Minimum of 3 years industrial experience with DCSs, PLCs, and automation systems.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Transport up to 60 pounds over 20 feet.
• Stand for extended periods, perform reaching, stooping, and environmental adjustments.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $30.00 to $40.00, excluding benefits and bonuses. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K with match, training programs, and opportunities for career growth. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
