Job summary
Vylor Inc. is seeking an on-site Electrical Maintenance Technician at our Corteva location in Illinois. You will operate and service electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems for production facilities, ensuring continuous uptime.
The role requires Journeyman Electrician experience, NEC knowledge, and the ability to work with safety programs, OSHA/PSM compliance, and SAP work orders. Willingness to overtime during seasonal peaks and drive a company vehicle is essential.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician experience
- Ability to interpret NEC
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Commitment to health and safety policies
Responsibilities
- Operate electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control equipment for process and facility
- Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting and inspections of equipment
- Support electrical safety program to ensure adherence and compliance
- Follow safety procedures including OSHA, PSM and Corteva safety rules
- Make recommendations for improved electrical systems or process changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
