Responsibilities

• Install, fine‑tune, and maintain switch gear, control wiring and components, overcurrent and overload protection for plant motors.
• Service and maintain plant electrical and electronic equipment including operator interfaces and process controllers.
• Install sensors and ensure proper PPE usage in MCC rooms.

Position Summary

Hourly pay starting at $30.46 / hour with opportunities for increase up to $38.02 / hour through additional training / certifications.

As an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance of all plant systems, including facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations. While keeping safety top of mind, you’ll play a major role in machine reliability and process improvements across the plant by troubleshooting and repairing both mechanical and electrical equipment. Our electricians’ work includes both predictive and preventative maintenance.

• Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
• Effectively use basic diagnostic equipment including volt/ohm meter, wiggie, ammeter, and megger
• Proper usage of PPE equipment while operating in the MCC rooms
• Installation of sensors
• Install, fine‑tune, and maintain switch gear, control wiring and components, overcurrent and overload protection for plant motor(s) including three phase systems
• Service and maintain plant electrical and electronic equipment to competent level including operator interfaces, process controllers, power supplies, etc.

Requirements

• 1+ years of electrician experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a 2‑year technical degree.
